To ensure this, we have developed and implemented a comprehensive HSE management system that engages our workforce and fosters individual commitment to the personal health and safety of each individual on our worksites.
Our Company is also dedicated to providing a safe working environment for all through active leadership engagement, ongoing training, and a strong supervisory presence.
Many of our supervisors have ‘Train the Trainer’ certification for various courses.

Daveta Energy Services is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, contractors, and service providers. That's why we have a well-established Greenhand Program as a vital component of our Health and Safety initiative.
Our Greenhand Program ensures that short-service/greenhand workers are properly identified, supervised, trained, and managed in alignment with industry best practices and relevant regulations. We recognize the unique challenges and requirements that greenhand workers face, and we are dedicated to providing the necessary support for their success.
By implementing this program, we create a culture of safety, knowledge, and continuous growth within our organization. Our greenhand workers receive training through hands-on experience, and guidance from experienced mentors. This empowers them to develop their skills, familiarize themselves with industry-specific protocols, and make valuable contributions to our team.

Daveta Energy Services dedication to safety has allowed us to achieve and maintain our Certificate of Recognition through Energy Safety Canada.
